As Parity developers try to understand what happened and how 150 million dollars in ETH were frozen, the company has published a site where users can check their addresses.
Go to https://affected.parity.io/ and enter your Ethereum Address.
The system will reply if this is affected by the Parity multi-sig hack or not.
At the moment, according to Parity Technologies, there are 586 affected wallets and 573 affected owners.
